The company Berlena Solutions was established in 2007 by Rudolf Buys, who saw the necessity for quality Occu pational Health and Safety services to be extended to Small, Medium and Large businesses. He has 33 years of experience in the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas industry. Since 2007 he has gained experience in a number of other industries, eg. banking, security, ventilation, safety equipment, etc. He was joined in 2015 by Emile Blaauw who has 23 years of mining and gas as well as fertilizer and agricultural experience. Emile is an environmentalist by training but due to the integrated nature of business, gained useful SHE experience. We also have access to other resources qualified in related industries. Berlena Solutions' services are provided in accordance with the guidelines of a Quality Management System in a manner that will improve Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (SHE) Management in any work environment. Berlena Solutions enables companies from various disciplines to implement preventative care through SHE risk management. Berlena Solutions has since 2007 been guiding companies and businesses, small and large, to comply with legal requirements as amended for time to time. Our approach is based on sound knowledge and years of experience, integrity towards the prevention of SHE risks and the resultant work related impacts. Berlena Solutions has access to experts with vast experience in many industries (for example petrochemical, chemical, agriculture, mining, ect). This provides for an excellent combination of a Professional SHE Consultant that understands production as well as bottomline results.
